Hi all,

we have sold our apartment in Mirador after 16 happy years there. We have used the forum for a number of years and have found and received much extremely useful information, as well as hopefully helping others out.

In parting I would like to thoroughly recommend Darren from Blue Lagoon casas who arranged the sale for us. darren was scrupilous in ensuring the we fully understood all of the cost implications to ensure that there were no nasty suprises raised, and ensured that everything went smoothly. Anyone who is interested in buying or selling in the area should certainly contact Darren for a chat.

Hello Tony. This is Tracy - your buyer! I can echo your recommendation of Darren as he was also very helpful to me. I am picking up the keys from him on Thursday and very excited about taking ownership of the lovely apartment that you have cherished for so many years. I have been in this forum for a couple of months and have already found it really helpful.
