Hi we usually use Autoclic unfortunately they are no longer in business. We need to hire a car on several occasions over the next few months. You hear of so many horror stories. If anyone can recommend a good company that they have used I would be very grateful. Thanks

We use www.EDIrentacar.com Family run business. Extremely helpful and no hidden costs (such as extra charges for petrol or extra insurance etc) I highly recommend them.

Hi
Best think to do is go on website doyouspain book the cheapest car that fits your requirements always do full to full fuel policy And book any extra drivers if required At the same time I myself take out excess waiver insurance annual policy in this Country AXA Insurance cost me £39.99 per year for me and up to 6 family members so no need to take the car companies insurance Which will be more than that for one week Check when taking this out that it covers breakdown tyres Lost keys etc The car company will then put a block on your credit card for between €600-1000 depending on company Which then in the event of an accident or loss you Claim back in this country quite easy process Finally when picking up the car from the rental company Check the car got any dents marks scratches etc undercarriage alloys Take photos on your phone if necessary I hired a car 15/6/18-25/6/18 all singing all dancing five door Vauxhall Corsa sat nav Bluetooth and it cost me €9.75 for 10 days hire

Thanks Paul ! We were warned off from OK but I suppose there is good and bad in all of them. Will have a look we do have a private policy to cover excess but you hear of many a scary story about extra charges.
Thanks for your advice 😀
