PLEASE can any one advise where l would need to go to collect 2 packages seur dpd couldn't deliver? They sent me an email on the 18th saying unable to deliver as address incorrect. They have come from England l tracked them to Alicante but CANNOT contact anyone to find out where they now are! I have seen on Google maps a small shop on churruka street in Alicante is this where l should go? Someone mentioned Guadamar though??

I googled SEUR Guardamar and it's on Calle Tabarca No.7.
Opening hours: M-F 9.30 -2.00 and 5.00 - 8.30pm. SAT 9.30 -2.00pm

There is a SEUR depot in Playa Flamenca, it's by the Mercadona. We had a similar issue with them last month, they said they could not find the address even though it was The Post Shop in Villamartin. When I went on line I was given the option of which depot I wanted to collect from and I selected the Playa Flamenca depot, in the event it got delivered the next day to the post shop, but the parcel had been torn open, fortunately nothing was damaged.

Just an update on the delivery problem from seur. We have gone to the main depot in Alicante with paperwork showing our order and 5 minutes later have our goods in our car! Wished we had done that 2 days ago instead of trying to contact them with new delivery details. So just an idea if anyone else has problems with dpd deliveries from England.
