Not a Private hospital

Hi which hospital in the Villamartin area are not private and will care for british people who have their ECHI cards? If not what is the best in the local area.

Google Public Hospitals in Villamartin and several options will appear.
An EHIC or GHIC is not a replacement for travel insurance – it does not cover everything, such as mountain rescue or being flown back to the UK (medical repatriation). Make sure you have both before you travel.

I can't comment on Ehic but Torrevieja Hospital is your nearest. However the public health centre at Cabo Roig may be nearer to you and they speak English - they are also open 24hr (for emergencies only).
