Registering with a doctor in Villamartin

Hi there, we have been here in Villamartin just 3 weeks now. We have private healthcare for 12 months and are just in the process of applying for our residencia.
Can anyone recommend a good english speaking doctor in Villamartin where we can register? Does is matter that we have private healthcare insurance with Salus (through Golden Leaves)?
Bit confused as to whether we just register with any doctor or does it it have to be a specific doctor with having private healthcare?
