Anybody know how to reset there access to doctors and healthcare note.on YoSalud

Previously registered about 2 years ago but forgot all detail.

Been to doctors and obtained access code, entered these plus sip card number but says have to go back to doctors.

But with all the latest problems , trying to get the correct person to help bit difficult

What do you mean by "healthcare note", do you mean prescription?

Had blood tests done, and doctor sent results, that’s what I want to access

So have you successfully logged in? ie does it quote your name?

If you have, then do what it says, go back to doctor/health centre.

In my experience, if there is nothing to worry about the doctor will publish the results. If there is, then the health centre will say "see your doctor"

The problem is that we can’t access YoSalud , put the codes in from doctor, sip card number, then says go back to doctors.Trying to find out if you can re set it and register again
