hi its me again iam now told , my building insurance to my apartment is covered by community charge, so iam now shopping for contents insurance can someone help i will need this in about 3 weeks

I went with Mapfre as they insure my community so I felt a bit more confident that they wouldn’t over insure me. The policy includes a nominal amount for building insurance as the main body is insured through the community, however, built in things like kitchen units count as buildings in the event of a fire or flood etc.
I would suggest finding out who insures your community and contact them for a quote.

For you (and your interests) it is more important a good home insurance than the community one
Let me suggest you to contract a complete multirisk home insurance for protect the dwelling and content besides to provides a sure legal
defense, private responsability and liability which protect the personal
and family patrimony before damage possible caused at third people.
