Hi. Silly question.. ihow do you join the group. I’ve been a member for over a year but can’t remember what to do...my brother wants to join as thinking of moving over to Orihuela Costa. Tia

You'll have automatic log in enabled, so you won't see the sign up option.
However, if you scroll down the page, under Your Account you'll see a Logout option. Click on that and have a look at the top right of the page and you'll now see a Sign Up option.
If your brother just goes to https://www.costablancaforum.com he'll also see the Sign Up option.
