Thank you for your response. Whilst that sounds really good, I'm not looking to take on a full commitment of long-term property rental and bills etc. I'm looking simply to make a monthly all-inclusive payment to rent a room

I have just had it built and ,I had it built for family and friends,but because of the pandemic they will not be coming out for a while.If you want it for a few weeks E.T.C no problem
