My name is Spencer Bayley and I have purchased a new build x3 bed x2 bath villa in the Villamartin area which is due for completion in the end of December , i would appreciate any reliable and competitive key holders , cleaners , pool cleaners etc or even a management company that can do all of these and take care of the rental side of things.

We purchased in August a villa in Los Dolses, we've signed up with Sharon and Richard Gray if Dream-Cleanz and have found them to be excellent and very helpful with things out of their remit as well. If you need details let me know, they are based in the local area. They also have a good website.

I use Marjan based in Blue Lagoon
I did lots of research and they were very competitive
Do all of the management,hotel pick ups, check in and out cleaning etc - will even be there for deliveries of furniture etc
