Hi Everyone
My name is Maggie I have just purchased an apartment in Villamartin with my son Ian
We will be travelling to Spain in a couple of weeks and wanted any advice on Property Management Companies in the
area to look after key holding, cleaning etc
Would be good to know from someone who has first hand experience of a good company and any pitfalls to avoid
Any information would be useful

Hi Maggie we have also recently purchased an apartment in the Plaza and are looking for same, I have been given a few contacts of people that provide this sort ofservice from different forums.
We are in Spain in a couple of weeks time to sort out a suitable person/persons, when we have I will let you know who they are.

I used to rent out so i know the pitfalls
I charge 45 euros for a two bed
Your property would be safe with me

Hi Roz
I pay 300 euros a year for a company to look after my property on a weekly basis and the meet and greet of guests
The cost of cleaning and changing laundry / towels is 40 Euros
All good so far
