New to Villamartin and the Costa

hi we have just purchased in villamartin f ly out sunday to pick up the keys so excited tony/susan x

We Can't wait to get out there ourselves. Looking forward to checking out all of the surrounding area especially the beaches.

Drivers Bar in Calle Tomas Breton seems popular with the Ex-Pat community. Nice atmosphere and hospitable owner when we went in there. They just opened a restaurant in the back this summer and often lay on entertainment. They have an outside seating area for sunbathing if that's of interest. 

Hi where is  Calle Tomas Breton we have only been out twice since we purchased but haven't heard of that

Hi..have you heard of Villamartin Plaza? Twenty plus bars and restaurants in one large open air Square..lots of brilliant! music at the moment as it's the summer season...Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday! nights..plus some of the bars have live music other nights...In the Plaza I would recommend 'The Hen's Teeth' for food and entertainment and the owners are lovely and make you feel at home...you can check out the Plaza on Facebook or try Google..

Apart from the Plaza there are many places to visit depending on which area of Villamartin you have bought in... you will get to know fairly quickly by talking to people as we did...we moved here 18 months ago and taxi's are quite cheap..you can travel two miles for around €5..

Hi Hennie - is the Hen's Teeth still open, as I was out in early June and was speaking with a couple in a bar in Playa Flamenca who said it was closed, which I found hard to believe as the 2 times we have been there it's been fully packed, and is obviously a popular place to eat?
