You need to say which passport you hold, EU, UK or Irish?
Where do you live now?
If you are a UK passport holder then you will need to secure a contracted work position first then your prospective employer will need to apply for a work visa on your behalf from the Spanish consulate in the UK.

Assuming you are a UK passport holder, and that you are fluent in Spanish:-
1. there is no shortage of electricians here.
2. I'm pretty sure that UK qualifications are not recognised in Spain meaning you would have to requalify locally which instantly wipes out any chance you may have had of finding an employer to sponsor you.

Also I’m open to any sort of work not jus electrical if that’s any
Unless you have a career in work which is in short supply in Spain, such as medical (not nursing), high level IT and others then you would need a guaranteed job offer before being granted a work visa to move to Spain. Jobs may only be offered to a non EU citizen if the interior ministry agrees with the person offering the work that it was offered to a EU citizen but could not be filled.
Sorry but that's the way it is nowadays. Whichever you do, you will need a visa to move to Spain and the fact you have family owning property here does not count.

You need a contracted job offer to be able to get a work visa to move to Spain.
