Looking for place from UK

Hi there, my wife and i are at that age that we want a family holiday home but in 5 years time to kind of semi retire in spain. From Liverpool to Alicante ideal as well as Malaga to fly to. I seem to be getting lots of nice property emails around the 175 to 250 euro area which is our budget and seem to be San Pola and Villamartin, i have a couple of friends who are saying stay clear of Torrevieja,. Can anyone give us advice on getting a new build and how much fees would be for agents and site fees and whether new or old build. Costa del sol area or costa blanca and best places to look. Thanks Steve

I’ve got a place just put it on Preloved two bedroom two en suite pool on site as well if your interested contacted me

There's loads of lovely new builds going up in villamartin near to golf course bars and shops

Hi Steve, if you are looking for an ideal lock up and leave 2 bedroom apartment, just over a year old in Los Dolsos just before Villamartin , I have one to sell. Ideal location close to all amenities and walking distance to Villamartin plaza, selling with regret due to personal reasons, let me know and I will give you details,

Hello Steve

We have had this lovely Villa for the past 15 years in Valencias 4 Villamartin but unfortunately my mother pasted away recently and now find ourselves in a bit of a predicament,

Our idea just like yours was to live here for the rest of our lives but now have a mother in law with Alzheimer's to look after

But back to the Villa I have improved it no end as you can see by the photos and really is in a very well sort after place in Villamartin

It is a 3 Bedroom / 2 bathroom with Garage ( First Photo removing palm tree grew to high)
