Hi everyone

We are in the process of buying an apartment on pinada golf. We would like to let it out during the summer months. We have just found out through reading on the web that we need a tourist licence. Can anyone give us more  information on how to go about this. Many thanks Janet and dean

I haven't got time to do a detailed reply, but I'd start by reading this:

http://www.gva.es/es/inicio/procedimientos?id_proc=14752

If you're not yet registered with the tax office, you need to do so, and pay tax on lettings income every three months.

Hi Janet and Dean

Great news that you are buying in Pinada Golf. I live round the corner and I have helped another owner whose property I look after to obtain his tourist license. We used a firm of solicitors that took all the hassle out of things. They needed an up to date energy and habitation certificate which I got for them also. The owner rents out his apartment on a web site and the tourist license is recorded on the advertisement. If you want to contact me privately I may be able to help. Regards Lynn

Hi Angela

I'll send you a message with all the details. I've just had a meeting with him this morning as he has now produced a sheet with everything that you need to do to get this license

Regards

Lynn
