There is also a place called Drivers Bar in Calle Tomas Breton just over from the plaza. There is a really good atmosphere in there with mainly Brit customers. I am sure you would easily strike up a conversation there with resident Brits to give you local advise. They also have entertainment most nights. There is an Italian restaurant next door and another bar currently being refurbished 2 doors down, but could be open in April.

Hi Andyg

We have purchased a property in Pinada Golf 2. It looks a lovely place. Can you tell us if there are any local shops nearby. Also is the pool area very busy around this time of year.

Thanks Tony

Hi Tony

I had an apartment in Pinada Golf II - sold in November as I am in the process of buying another property in Villamartin

The area is lovely - well kept and is overseen by a residents committee that organise events and oversee any upgrades like painting, look after the gardens etc

Lovely friendly people

I suggest you register on the website for Pinada Golf II, you will then get updates of what is going on and who to contact for

further information

I have been at the pool at different times of year and it never gets really busy even in the height of Summer

It is a great location to get to The Plaza one way, and the La Fuente Centre and El Galen the other way with

local pubs in walking distance

La Zenia and Campoamor beaches are just over a 10 minute drive and there is a great market in Playa Flamenca

Lovely place to be - I am moving to Villamartin permanently at the end of the month as I liked it so much

Enjoy your Spanish hideaway

Best Wishes

Maggie
