Do you already have sensors on, and are looking to replace any failed or misssing ones, or wanting some to be fitted to a vehicle that currently doesn’t gave any?

I would think that this would be a tricky ask, your bumpers would need to be drilled to accomadate the sensors, they would then need to be wired together and routed into the cab of your car to some form of alarm or sounding system to alert you. If any auto electricians could do this I think it would be a costly job, but happy to stand corrected?

Had sensors fitted to. C4 Grand Picasso about 3 years ago. It cost €1100. The car didn't have them originally. Hope that helps.
An auto electrician can do this. I just got them fitted in In a car in Ireland recently for €200 so I would imagine it would cost around the same in Spain
You could contact a main dealer for your make of car to at least get an idea, then take it from there. I've seen plenty of auto electricians dotted all over the place. At least when you find one you are already armed with a rough cost in mind.
Good luck
