Looking to buy an Electric Hob.

Does anyone have one that they are looking to sell in the next few weeks?

Looking to purchase last week in October if possible.

Regards

Mary

Mary - to be quite honest you may be better to buy a new one?

IKEA has a black glass, 3 ring ceramic hob for 119€. Brand new, with warranty, clean etc.

I do appreciate that some people are happy with a second hand one. If I come across any decent ones from any of the kitchen upgrades I do then I will let you know.

Hope it helps

We would like a second hand one at present to get rid of the gas bottle taking up cupboard space, we are only there four weeks a year. And I have no intention of cooking much anyway. Thank you for thinking of us.

I was also thinking of changing over to electric, but am cautious due to the low wattage electricity I currently receive and then a risk of tripping the electric ...

We don't think it will make much difference as we very rarely use a cooker whilst on holiday.

You may want to look at an Induction hob then. Induction only provides energy for the pan size placed on the relevant cooking zone.

Youtube is your friend :o)

Hope it helps
