looking to buy a two bed appartment would consider 1 bed in villamartin area , am ready to go for right property i have budget of £56000 including fees

Unrealistic budget. The cheapest 2 bed apartments are usually around Lomas del Golf. However with your budget your not going to get one at a purchase price of 52000€.
You would get a 1 bed apt at Mirador or Los Carolinas within your budget. But at best they are 2 adults and children on a sofa bed in the living room

You need to add at least 14 percent on top of purchase price for taxes and lawyers fees so think your budget is a little unrealistic
