A Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Pinada Golf 1 Villamartin. Available for short term lets from E250 per week.The apartment consists of a front tiled courtyard leading into a furnished Sunroom. A lounge/Diner A fully equipped kitchen 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and An Outside enclosed tiled courtyard with a washing machine. The apartment has Hot/Cold Air conditioning free of charge and 2 bedroom ceiling fans.

Also English TV and free WIFI. Just outside there is a beautiful pool area. Just a short walk to Villamartin plaza. There are other bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Its a 10 min drive into La Zenia Boulevard for Shopping bars and restaurants and then a few mins walk to the beach.

Murcia airport is 15 mins away and Alicante a 45 min drive. Taxi's are plentiful.

Hi was wondering if the apartment was available 24th June till 4th July it is for my mother in law and father In law we have been double booked on an apartment would it be possible to view if free and prices please we only live around the corner from here so would be really handy many thanks Caz.
