Hi all we will be starting rental of our new property in january and wondered if anyone could recommend a cleaning/ linen change for changeover days

I am presuming you already have your Tourist Licence as if you have only just applied it will be many months until it is issued. You can't even advertise until you have it and you will also need it to register your property on Sede (SES) website to enter guest details.
I can ask my keyholder if she is able to take on another property at this time. Send me a private message if you would like her details.

If you have everything in place, your VT number etc, I can recommend 2thebeachspain. Heidi and Mark looked after our rental for 2 years before we sold it.
