Can anyone recommend a reliable person/persons to hold the key and carry out the cleaning and change overs etc?

I have also just putchased a property in the same area and am looking for a Company to manage key holding and cleaning

Have you found a good company yet to do this?

I can't recommend Steve Tate highly enough. We rented accomodation before buying in Playa Flamenca and the apartment was spotless. I had a few queries and he was always pleasant when I rang him for information. He answered all our queries and was genuinely concerned if anything in the aprtment was not working. It was the cleanliness and his pleasantness that did it for me though. If I was too rent my property out I wouldn't hesitate in using Steve's company. we have a villa very near you. We have key holders that clean collect from airport and are also our first number for our alarm company in case there are any problems. Saves us from having to jump on a plane if there is an emergency. 

Very friendly and and also extremely reasonable.
