Hi all, I’m sure this query would have been covered in the past, I understand how the 90/180 rule works, but from what date does it all start, do you start afresh each year if you haven’t gone over the allowed period, any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave

"I understand how the 90/180 rule works"

Err, apparently not hence the question (where's that emoji just when you need it)?

I have to disagree with tebo63 as it's not a rolling year, it's a rolling 90 days in any 180.
