There is a firm of Solicitors local to you called Sun Lawyers located near La Zenia boulevard. They are often recommended on this site. They speak English.
Look on their website.
You have "maybe" left it a little late though.

Hi I have just returned from Spain after getting our NIE numbers we used Ashley McCulloch she was great , she set up all the appointments and ferried us around she would be ideal to arrange your residency. Hi ashley can be contacted on [email protected] tell her Jack put you on to her. I think the cost of the NIE is about 15€ each but she arranged all the appointments(which are hard to get on your own) she also did power of attourney for us and arranged for us to open a bsnk account plus ferried us around. Her fee was very reasonable. Because she speaks spanish and has very good contacts she would be ideal to arrange your residency. Best of luck.
