Hi I am trying to fill in the EX01 form for NLV but I am a bit stuck on some details. In section 1 do I need to fill in domicilio en espana? Does it need to be UK address?
In section 2, should any of this be filled in if I am applying myself?
Section 3, Should this be my IK address all on 1 line and then where I am staying in Spain? Do I need to enter NIE again.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi wootjo,
This YouTube video gives you a step-by-step guide to completing the EX-01. The address can be UK or Spain, but bearing in mind that the NLV has to be applied for at a Consulate in your home country before travelling to Spain, I'd suggest that the Consulate would expect to see a UK address in the first instance.
