We purchased in Villamartin 2 years ago. We were sadly targeted on our 2nd night by criminals who broke in while we were out for the night. We were obviously targeted as our home tucked away in cul De sac. Suspect they spotted us at Notarie and then we were followed. Nothing taken s they were only after cash. But they did damage grills getting into property. Thankfully we had house insurance taken out 24 hours before. Just be wary when you are at Notarie as this is a common trick to spot new owners.

Thank you Pete for your reply,we are not sure yet of the area we want, but we would like to be walking distance to bars and restaurants ,not too quiet or in the hustle and bustle.we are hoping  to visit some areas very soon.regards trevnali.

Los Dolses is a good area, between La Zenia and  Villamartin, bit quieter but everything within walking distance of bars, restaurants, market, boulevard etc, good compromise

Thinking of buying a holiday home in Villamartin Calle Wagner , we live in  the UK would I be in walking distance to amenities?
