Non resident tax
Hi there we have had a property just 2 years and all DD are set up for SUMA, communal fees, water and electric, we have just had message from our solicitor advising that the non resident tax is due by the end of the year and based on SUMA bill, it's actually not that much but we have been charged 40€ each person, me and my husband so €80 in total which is more than the tax itself. Can anyone advise if we can do our tax return ourselves next year, is this process easy, can a DD be set up for this or does a tax return have to be done manually every year, any advise would be appreciated.
