Residents income Tax

Good Morning,
I have my residency appointment on 21st October and understand that when I become a resident living here permanently I will be liable to pay income tax.
Does anyone know anyone that I can contact for help/advice/information as I want to ensure that I am fully legal and up to date with my taxes when living here full time
