Looking for driver maybe retired who could take us around

My partner and I are here until 6th June. I have injured my leg and do have a fold up wheelchair which can go in most car boots. We are hoping there might be a retired person with a car or someone who has some free time to drop us off at places and pick us up later in day.

We are looking at places like Torrevieja, la mata, nautilus, mil palmeras, maybe Elche or Orihuela Town centre, la zenia Beach. Places not too far away so driver could drop us off and arrange to pick us up later. Maybe 6 trips in all. We live in calle pimienta,near Los dolches/villamartin.

Does this interest anyone. We do not have a car and taxis not always reliable. I can only ask

Hi,

I agree with Le Bee, use a registered taxi company and enjoy your stay.

You may save money using a Joe Bloggs but if theres an accident you aren't covered by insurance and for all you know he/ she may just take your money and run.

Agree entirely. In most areas there is a Radio Taxi organisation which obviously contracts private taxis in the relevant area. These may usually be booked online, or by phone, and often in English, especially in your area. In my own experience, perfectly reliable.

Also cringe at saying it, so I shan’t!!!!🤣🤣🤣
