Reliable - taxi from the rank at the airport. There is a set tariff on display.
To Cabo Roig, from memory around €80

Other option
Airport Bus to Torrevieja Bus Station (€7) and EITHER taxi from there OR get another bus (multiple companies) to La Zenia area and get taxi from there
There is a local bus that passes La Zenia going to Villamartin but it is very infrequent
