Hi there I am not yet able to retire and so am just a regular visitor to the area. I was wondering if there are any groups or clubs where one can turn up to learn or practice Spanish? I am learning at home but there is a great shortage of opportunities to practice with Spanish speakers.

Thank you _ yes I have found Spanish speaking people very helpful although usually they are working and have limited time to help.

Thanks Ray - I am a regular visitor and as such a formal class is not really much use to me since I might only be here every 6 weeks or so. I do try to visit Spanish places and people are helpful but it is not like immersing yourself in the language. Perhaps I just need to go out of town more frequently.

I disagree with above ( normally in the bars, only too happy to chat) on the second part, fully agreed as the best method to move on with talking with Spanish (as above UK bars) if you are already practising ur language. Villas.
