after some advise on standing charge for power supply with Iberdrola
do you get charged for lowering my power supply with inerdrola from 5,75 kwh as due to been in uk i am looking at reducing my cost of running my holiday home .Also is they a min time you can lower your power supply and what would the the cost to increase my power back to 5,75 when i start to use my house again next year

There is no charge for lowering it. I just went into the Iberdrola office and they sorted it. I had been monitoring my use on the I-DE app and I knew I didn’t need the potencia I was paying for.
They did, however, warn me that there ”may be” a charge for putting it back up.

I have already had my electric upgraded last year due to tipping .what I trying to work out due not using my home this year is it worth reducing my power.what I don't want to do is reduce to save a few euros then get charged 60 euros to have it put back to 5.75 kWh plus I they a min months you can downgrade for to stop us changing it every months where in the uk

Hi, Iberdrola is not going to charge you for lowering your "potencia", but when you ask them to increase it again, they will charge you:

We changed recently to Nordic Energy mainly because they offer Day/Night tariff but check out their standing charges.
