Hello hope everyone is well. Unfortunately my Spanish is limited my fault I have been trying to contact Naturgy about my gas supply but have been unsuccessful in explaining my problem. We were out at the start of March and was meant to return at the start of April!! I just had my latest bill and it's almost tripled presumably have a leak any ideas on how to get the supply turned off would be much appreciated thanks Paul

They have a number for Customer Service from abroad so possibly the staff will speak English.
