Hi does anyone have a phone number for Iberdrola and Hidraquai.  We sold our property in March and our solicitor was to inform the utilitie companies but they are still charging us so I thought I could contact them. Many Thanks

Simply tell your bank to bounce back and don't accept charges any more from both companies.

It's a possibility, for some reason, the Solicitors for the buyers have not notified the utility companies of the requirement to change the account holders details and name, from vendor to buyer. In this case the Utility Companies will continue to bill the person who's name is on their records, I.e. The Vendor.

Production to Utility Companies of Proof of change of ownership would be required. Hopefully the meter readings were taken on vacating the property.

LeckyLes.
