Morning everyone
We have a apartment in Verdemar 1 that is on a long term lease.
Now we have a water problem, the invoice has rocketed from 80 Euro over the last ten years up to 370 Euro. Having spoken to Hidaqua, I have asked the agent to arrange for a 5 hr water Test ASAP.
Any advice ?

Is that per year ?
I had the water bill in and for 3 months was 110 euro and I am not there all the time now thinking of putting it in bottles and sell it as must be something special about it

No that’s just 3 months. In a small 2 bed flat.

Hoping not to sound rude but have you checked that when water is switched off you meter is not moving. However, you may find that bill is not just water as in UK but covers other services such s refuse collection etc. We discovered this when we received our first bill.

Hi.
I have asked my agent to arrange for a 5 hr water test.
It can only be a leak or the meter is u/s.
Has anyone else had a meter fail?
