Hello I'm looking to buy a second home in Villamartin. Can you tell me if it gets affected by flooding please?
Villamartin is a large area and yes, some, but not all parts will suffer from flash flooding as will many other built up areas along the coast.

Just make sure the property is not at the bottom of an hill. There is no drainage system over here,so if you buy at the bottom you get all the flood water.
Hi, am also focusing on that particular area, am now gutted with the news, have you had better news? If so please share, hope you have better news. Have a lovely day. Eva

Hi, hope you won't mind my asking, would the plaza area flood? which parts of this area are at the bottom of a hill? Hope you can enlighten me, am looking at the area with a view to buy a property. My husband speaks little to no Spanish so that is the reason I am researching. Your input is very important to me, so thanks and have a lovely day

Hi, what you say makes sense. Have they fixed the drainage system yet? read they were going to and hope you won't mind if I ask did they? You see I am researching the area with a view to buy and really am clueless about which areas are at the bottom of a hill. Since do not have an educated opinion to my mind every part of the coast is topped by hills in the background, yet sewage flooding would be horrendous. Thanks for your reply, much obliged.

Where the plaza is. Need amenities and such within walking distance. It looks lovely in photos. Am sure it is yet my husband researched a bit as well and apparently came up with floor área. We currently have a beautiful property in Denia and when I asked was told that particular street had never flooded. My husband feels isolated because he speaks no spanish and there are very few english speaking people. Communicating easily would be such a treat
Good morning and thank you for the splendid news. Now someone has to buy our flat in Denia so I can fly over and buy one in the area. In Denia there are very few enhlish speaking people and my husband speaks no spanish so he feels left out. Have to do something about that. We are no spring chicken and deserve to be surrounded by people we can feel comfortable with. Would have preferred a house yet this climaterio change issues is such a floor worry
