Ordered from them 6 weeks ago [ usually use Delticom] tyres were sourced in France , tracked them to Barcelona where they were stuck for a mth .
Tackled there courier [ GLS ] and was told they were out for delivery [ still in B/lona according tracker ] nothing turned up , then got an email to say my address did not exist nor did my phone no ..!!!
So I sent them photos of my non existent property and road along with 2mt by 1mts residential sign …!!
Got in touch with Gls in Germany and was told by that an investigation was being held [ goods still in B/lona …!!] and would take 10 working days ..!
Then suddenly at the end of October the tracking showed only one package being found [ they lost the other one ..!!]and being returned to sender ..
Strange that GLS driver could not find my address as first time as on nov 1st they delivered a new tv ..!!
So beware …!!
