Hi, I too have hol home in Villena and have a Securitas Alarm and an English mains electric alarm. You,ll find it very difficult to get someone to service our area. Securitas is a monitored battery operated system and they cover any area in Spain, their monthly fee after buying the alarm system is about 40/50€ for the monitoring. They wont install without monitoring. They service once a yr and sometimes inbetween have to change batteries.(covered by monthly fee). I have had 2 burglaries and wanted a English main wired one and eventually found a Co., an english guy in Javea who installed one for me. Even tho power cuts happen theres a back up  battery and I have a noisy outside siren with it. Securitas dont fit an outside sounder only inside??. However I pay €100 yr for a service cos of huge distance from Javea. My english one is not monitored but I paid extra for a transmitter which if alarm goes off, it rings 3 numbers to let people know. Also, if we move over, I would cancel Securitas(600€yr) and keep my english one for security(100€yr) Expect to pay at least 500+€ for system, not as cheap as UK. I have requested several times on here for any alarm Co. closer to service alarm but noone answered and all Co.s in Spain only fit battery alarms. Hope this helps.

Pauline.
