Can anyone help with advice regarding Mosquito bites

My husband has dozens of bites, we have tried the repellent sprays, without success, don't know what else to do.

I do dry the washing outside, could the mosquitos be getting  into the clothes, he did have a very brief period in not getting

bitten, but they have come back even worse

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your local Pharmacia sells a spray which repels Mosquito's - costs circa £8 but lasts ages - spray entire body/hair after a shower and you should be ok

Hi i don’t know if you’ve tried this...I have seen it recommended on another forum and my friend also uses it, it can be bought at Mercadonna (probably elsewhere as well) it’s in the baby stuff section it’s called Agua de Colonia, the Spanish bathe their children with it. A large bottle is a Euro or so, you will also need an empty spray bottle, you can buy it already in a spray bottle but it’s more expensive. The idea is to mix it with water I’m not sure what the ratio is but I’m sure you’ll sort that out with a bit of trial and error. For any bites I use Anthisan as soon as possible after I’ve been bitten, but it’s something I bring from the U.K. (£2 Tesco). I think anything is worth a try as the mosquitoes can make your life a misery.

Hi, try taking Vitamin B complex tablets. One a day after a meal. I have been taking these since buying my villa in El Galan in July when I was bitten horribly. When i came out again in September I was presently surprised only one or two bites but they never came to much. Apparently these little yellow tablets help in reducing inflammation & the little bliters don’t irritate you. Believe me they work but you must take them every day of the year. I purchased mine in Tescos on offer buy two get one free they are £1.75 per pot of 90 tablets. I am definitely going to carry on taking them.
