Hello,
I read on a forum some time ago (and I can’t remember where, who or when!) that someone under 30 years of age got a discount when purchasing a property either on the transfer tax or registration or something else.
My lawyer says it isn’t true, but an estate agent suggests it is.
Can anyone enlighten me?

Exemption from taxes and duties apply only to housing included in a social programme identified as "Viviendas de Proteccion Oficial" very hard to find, almost inexisting, and only related to their first transmission, not to resale.
