Can anyone advise if the car boots that take place in and around Polop near Benidorm on Sunday mornings are back up and running?

I am thinking in terms of the one that takes place in and around the industrial estate.  I don't know the name.

Here I am replying to my own post.

Today 26th September I took a run up to Benidorm to have a look for myself.

Yes, the car boot at Polop on the industrial estate is running.  It is now somewhat smaller than it was pre-Covid but might pick up when it gets a bit cooler.  It was hot there today.  There is still a lot to see. You can get coffees etc in several places.

Simple directions.  Go up to La Nucia and cross over six roundabouts that are numbered.  At No1 turn left and the boot starts in about 1km on the RHS.  Parking is where you can find it.

Benidorm seemed to be virtually empty.  No crowds and easy parking.   Plenty of room on the beach.  Hotel occupation is reported to be  around 67% with only 3% British which I find difficult to believe.
