Hi everyone,
I’ve just joined the forum and wanted to introduce myself in a simple way.
I’m based in the Villena area and work in Spanish real estate law. Over the years, I’ve helped many people who were considering moving to inland Alicante better understand the differences between towns such as Villena, Biar, Sax or Elda, the local lifestyle, and the practical aspects of buying property in Spain.
I’ve seen that many questions come up around where to live, what to expect inland compared to the coast, and how the buying process works, so I’m happy to share general information or local insight whenever it can be useful to the community.
