Hi can I have recommendations for full health insurance please for residency because ours isn’t good enough and it needs to be in Spanish. I have looked at Jim’s but can’t find a company. ASAP Please because the police said today that the requirements for residency will be a lot more. Complicated after 13/3/2020.

There are plenty of companies that provide acceptable cover. Costs don't seem to vary much between insurers for equivalent coverage.
But, if you are in a hurry, we use DKV "Integral Plus". Our insurance meets the needs of Residency. More importantly, my wife became seriously ill last year, and DKV were excellent.
There are probably lots of ways to talk to/engage with DKV.
These guys are local to us and may be able to help you at short notice.
We used Alfonso at Gran Alacant Insurance as recommended by many on the forum for our residency health care and weren’t disappointed.
