I have now ran out of medication due to staying longer than planned I attended a medical centre yesterday got my sip and they told me to go to somewhere else for an appointment the earliest date is 4th July ?? I have travel insurance but just no one knows what I need to do please help mr

Most importantly, get help from a translator & then go back to the medical centre & find out exactly what information they gave you & where the appt. is. ..... It's the busiest time of year to get Drs appts so just check again whether there is an earlier one,I am quite surprised you were given a SIP card so easily !
Does your travel insurance include basic health cover? If so , phone the insurance company & ask which private Drs in the area, you can go to with your insurance cover, you will probably have to pay full price for any prescription you get, but might be able to claim it back later.

If you require urgent assistance incl. runnung out of vital medication, show up at any public (not private) hospital or "Ambulatorio" and ask for "Urgencias" - no queuing, no waiting. They'll be happy if you don't need more than a prescription.
Most pharmacies, particularly those in Brit hotpots, will sell medications over the counter, packaging from your depleted supplies or a copy of your UK prescription can help.
Also surprised temporary SIP cards are still being handed out, thought Brexit had put an end to that practice.

Well I didn’t even know what a sip card was until yesterday we have bought a mobile home on campsite in xativa can you direct me into the Brit hotspots please?

Temporary SIP cards are handed out if ongoing treatment is required after producing valid EHIC (or latest version).
This puts you on the system and save having to take paperwork to various medical centres or hospitals.
We just take the empty boxes into a Farmacia and ask for replacements.Most of our medications are very cheap and only been refused once on a medication.Went to another and it was no problem.

I have been advised because it is a controlled drug I need a prescription I have even contemplated going home a week early which I don’t want to do just a bit lost tbh😳
Try the Farmacia,my wife’s arthritis medication Methatrexate is only prescribed in the UK by the hospital,no problem here.Just have to ask.
