I have a small scaffold company based in the docklands area of London  

As you are probably all aware the cost of living here now is astronomical and I’m

Basically working now to pay bills  

I’m writing this message today to reach out to all building companies based in the Alicante Murcia and Benidorm areas to see if relocating my scaffolding company out to Spain would be beneficial  

would it be something that would be used by the local building industry if I was to keep costs low 

Any input would be greatly appreciated

So, we have “Valentine’s Day” looming round the corner (but this applies all year round) which has mixed blessings.

Its the day of love and the first thing that springs to mind is “Couples & Partners” followed by “Gifts or Presents.”

The third, and the most important is “Happiness or Sadness” Because if you have someone to share this day with that, you are happy with then yes, it is a happy time and reason for celebrations.

However, if you are alone and not by choice then yes it can be a cruel day, even if you are accepting your present position, this is the one day in the calendar year that it really gets over commercialized and shoved down your throat.

So, this post is for either single people who are searching or hoping to find a partner one day or for those that are in relationships but wish they were not.

Do not worry about anything as worry serves no purpose other than to make things worse and prolongs the agony. It is ok to worry about stuff for the first few minutes because that is your “Q” to take action, it is a reminder that you must find a solution to the problem that is hurting you.

Beyond that it is useless to worry, in fact to worry is the option your choosing, instead of taking action to rectify, solve or accept.

So, let us look at these three choices one at a time.

Acting: You must do all you can to change what it is you do not like. This does not mean you try 1 or 2 things and convince yourself that you have tried everything and tell people your story about how nothing works for you or how unlucky you are.

No, it means you must be determined to solve the issue, so if you are unable to find solutions for yourself, then seek help from people who can help you, preferably from people who have been in your position.

Solve: The above step may well solve your problem, or it may just take extra effort to sit down and solve the issue by being honest with yourself and deciding what it is you genuinely want out of life. What is it in life that makes you want to jump for joy and shout aloud?

Because once you know this then you are halfway there. For many it is a tall order and trying as they might it is not something that they are able to do alone so again use other resources if you struggle in this.

The last is acceptance: Sometimes you just must be patient or accept what has been thrown at you. This does not mean an any shape or form that you are beaten or that you cannot do anything about it.

By accepting something you are saying “ok” it is not my choice, but I will accept the responsibility that it is up to me to make the best of it and to do all that is in my power to make it as good as it can be.

You see this way you are accepting your own responsibility to make it better, that is completely different than just accepting it in its raw form and thinking you are doomed. No, far from it.

So back to “Valentine’s Day” If your saddened by this day for whatever reason then turn it around by thinking and telling yourself that however low your feeling it’s just the universe telling you that you need to do something different in your life, it’s just its way of kicking you in the butt (quite hard sometimes) to remind you that if you keep choosing a “certain type of character” and you always get the same results then change your “type” or do something other than what you’re doing right now, if you truly want change because the only way things are going to change is if you make that change happen, so start with yourself.

It is far better to be alone and unhappy than it is to be in an unhappy relationship that you are hanging on to for the sake of not being alone.

Get single first then start looking, do not try to do it any other way round as it will all end in tears.

But before you end any relationship just make sure that you both try absolutely everything first before you declare it none and void as it may be worth fighting for. You just need to recognize when the fight is over and when it is time to move on.

Again, if you are not sure, seek help.

Remember this day is about love so even if you are alone or especially if you are alone then just love yourself, treat yourself knowing that you deserve this, because if you cannot love yourself then how can anyone else love you? Get prepared now so that you are in the right frame of mind for when that special person arrives.

Makes sense, right? So, there is no excuse to be feeling sad on this day no matter what your circumstances are, just believe in the future and hold on to hope, but don’t forget to use your common sense at the same time and never feel sorry for yourself it just blocks the good stuff from coming in.
