Merry Christmas everyone,

i would like to hear your opinion with the installation of solar panels and batteries.

could you please share how many you got installed and what your prices were?

I have been quoted 16000€ for

- 12 solar panels

- 6 lithium batteries

what are your thoughts, I feel it is a bit excessive but than again the idea is to go off-grid.

I have been informed i need a Clave Digital Certificate in order to register our guests on SES Hospedajes platform

In order to do this i need a digital certifcate

When i attempt to register on the tax office website with my NIE

it ask for an additional supporting number which is on a foreigners NIE card

I only have a paper NIE with no supporting number

Any advice on how to proceed would be very welcome

Hi All

We are in the process of selling our apartment (in a block with no communidad) and noticed some mandatory requirements regarding 'Certificado de Eficiencia Energética' and 'Cédula de Habitabilidad' (we are hoping the Estate Agents will sort these out rather than hiring a solicitor).

Having had our fingers burned before by various rules and regulations , are you aware of any others which we might need to consider to avoid any potential pitfalls?
