Servus liebe Leser.

Meine Frau und ich wohne seit über 20 Jahren in Busot, aber im Campo. 5 km vom Ort entfernt.

Da wir nun zusammen nun +/- 150 Jahre alt sind, sind uns manche Arbeiten schwergefallen, oder sind einfach nicht mehr möglich.

Selbstverständlich nehmen wir für größere Arbeiten entsprechende Firmen. Aber es gibt auch genügend Sachen, die ich/wir früher selbst machen konnten. Aber es geht halt manches nicht mehr.

Hat ein „Allrounder“ und/oder eine Frau (Haushalt) Interesse an Bedarf, gegen Bezahlung, zu unterstützen?

We have some problem. We had arranged someone to do small renovations in our chalet. Since the chalet is empty and we knew him, he asked if he can rent the small guest house  outside for his office and later the main house so he can freely worked on it. We have an limited rental contract for 6 months. The renovation started in Nov 2022  but very slow. We made paid some money 10000 for the materials. He did not pay the rent and renovate the house according to his taste but did not show us the invoices and concept he made. Last March 23 , my husband went there to look for the pool snd brought some chlorine and anti algae. They forced my husband to get out of the property and closed the main gate. His girlfriend hold the arm of my husband and both leans on the gate for him not to go out and they called the guardia civil. My husband pushed the girlfriends hand and now they are suing us to court and saying to pay 26123,90 for his work and 2645,24 for materials including his guard dog. My husband is nearly 80 yrs old and now he is sick and has a deep depression. 

Looking for rental of up to 6 months maximum to allow us to assess relocation options in Busot / Bonalba area.  Two / three bedrooms preferred but will consider other possibilities.  Must allow one well - trained dog!.....garden and parking preferred.  References etc available as required.
