Hi there, apologies if this has previously been answered but I am new to posting and finding information on this forum.
I am thinking of purchasing a car (I come and go to Spain) but have have been told I need something called Padron.
I was told I may have to go to the local town hall to get one, does anyone have the correct contact details of the right town hall?
Will I have to make an appointment in advance?
I already.have a NIE and apartment in area.
Any help/advice will be gratefully received.

I have black sooty mould on the leaves of my lemon and orange trees and hopefully I need this fixed.
If anyone has had this happen and can actually recommend a gardener that cured this issue I would be extremely grateful. Cabo roig area
