Hi, my husband and I have just returned from a lovely break in Alicante. Whilst away, we visited a few properties and very much liked a property in Castalla International. We weren’t originally looking at an urbanization, but also didn’t want to be isolated, but found the area to be lovely. We went through the town itself by car with the agent,  but didn’t stop off to explore. A concern of ours as we don’t speak Spanish yet, but are willing to learn is how we would manage in the town/surrounding areas. Also the weather in Winter. We live in the Isle of Man which is regularly windy and rainy apart from really good summer months, and don’t  want to experience the same or worse  Winter weather - any advice and experiences are gratefully appreciated. Thanks

Hello  good morning to you  i seem to be having a problem woth my Amazon delivery orders i have a post box in a post office and it is a Amazon pickup point but because they are only open a short time and no saturday a few things have been returned to Amazon and refunded as i don't want delivery to my home  does anyone know if i can use the Repsol garage at Castalla postal code 03420 for a pick up point amazon no extra cost for using this point for me please  it would ne better for delivery drivers timewise ? and days of course ?  if anyone can help much appreciated happy day

Hi,

We are (hopefully) moving to international urbanización soon and are wondering if anyone has heard of cat flap being put in a rejas?

We are not sure about cutting a hole in a wall for the flap but can't see a way to put one in a door with a rejas attached.

Any ideas/help welcome 

My mum-in-law is 90 , dementia and mobility issues, but still lives at home in uk. My husband and I wondered if we can move her to a care home in spain, within driving distance, if there are any legal implications (around brexit or her pension), approximate cost of care etc. Would anyone have any experience of this?.My husband is British. I am Irish and we both live here permanently.
