We have bought a place in Daya Vieja and are thinking of bringing our British TV. Would this work ok?

I know this is a long shot but worth a try.  I am looking for the place to buy the attached tile.  Its 41 x 41 cm.  If you do happen to see them on your travels I would be eternally greatful if you would let me know.  Theres a pint or so in it.

Hi, when purchasing a Spanish property is it usual practice to have a survey carried out? If so, can anyone recommend a reliable company that will prepare the report in English. Thanks 

Hi, we are now in the process of purchasing a property in Daya Vieja and need to open a Spanish bank account. Any recommendations would be great as we don't want to be paying excessive charges for this service and it needs to be English conversant. Thank you

We have a very reliable Ford Transit Long Wheel Mini Bus for sale on a 58 plate. MOT until June 2019. Reconditioned engine fitted in 2016, new alternator fitted in June this year. 

We used it to transport our dogs to Spain and have taken out most of the seats, therefore it is now has 6 seats! 

It would be suitable for a similar purpose or adaptation to travelling accommodation, we had a double mattress in the back and slept in it while travelling here in July. 

We live in Daya Vieja and will be happy for a possible buyer to come to view the van.

Hi  I wonder if anyone can give me some advice. We are planning to buy a house - probably a bit inland - in the Alicante region. Ideally no more than about 40 mins from Alicante Airport. Initially we will be using the house as a holiday home for around 4/5 months of the year, then, long term moving over for good.  Where would people recommend we start looking? We don't want to be in a 'resort' or on a complex with shared facilities. We would like to be within walking distance (around 20 mins max) of bars, restaurants, shops and community life. Probably a country house or finca would suit us best. We are in our 50's and no school age children to cater for. Thank you in advance
